Every Thrivora order is packed with care and sent on its way to you. This page explains how and when your pieces will arrive, and what to do if anything goes wrong. If your question isn't answered here, write to us at info@thrivorafashion.com and we'll gladly help.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed, not counting weekends and major US holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM Central Time ship the next business day.
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with your tracking details.
In-person purchases at our Odessa, Texas location are yours to take home right away.
Where our pieces ship from
- Ships from Thrivora: packed and shipped by us from Odessa, Texas.
- Ships from a partner: some items ship directly from our trusted partners and may arrive separately from the rest of your order.
If your order includes items from more than one location, it may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
Shipping methods and rates (United States)
We ship within the United States using FedEx, UPS and USPS. Rates are based on your order's total weight:

Free standard shipping on US orders of $75 or more. No code needed.
Your final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and busy seasons can add time.
International shipping
Select jewelry pieces ship internationally through our fulfillment partner to many countries for a flat $8.99 standard rate, usually arriving in 5–8 business days. Checkout will show whether the items in your cart can ship to your country. All other items currently ship within the United States only.
- Customs, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Free shipping over $75 applies to US orders only.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Partner items may send a separate tracking email. You should receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order. If you haven't, please check your spam folder, then reach out to us.
Lost, missing or damaged packages
- Damaged or wrong items: Contact us right away at info@thrivorafashion.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
- Missing packages: Please report a missing package within 48 hours of the delivery date. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll replace your order or issue a refund.
- Stolen packages: Thrivora is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we'll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Address changes can be made any time before your order ships. Once a package has shipped, we can't change its destination. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it at the customer's cost.
