Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some of our pieces are available as pre-orders, so you can claim your size and color before the item is in stock. We want pre-ordering to feel easy and safe, so here's exactly how it works and how to cancel if your plans change.

How pre-orders work

Pre-order items are clearly labeled on the product page. Pre-orders ship in about 2–4 weeks from your order date, as soon as your item is ready. We'll email you when your order ships, with tracking. If a product page shows a different estimate, that estimate applies to that item.

If your order includes in-stock items and pre-order items, we'll ship your in-stock items right away and send your pre-order items separately when they're ready. You won't pay any extra shipping for the separate delivery.

Payment

You pay the full price at checkout for pre-order items. There's no second charge later.

How to cancel

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships. Just email us at info@thrivorafashion.com with your order number and the item you'd like to cancel. We'll confirm your cancellation by email.

• Cancelled before shipping: you'll get a full refund of everything you paid for that item.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of your cancellation. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.

If your pre-order is delayed

Sometimes our suppliers run behind. If your pre-order won't ship by the estimated date, we'll email you with an update and a new estimate. You can then cancel for a full refund or keep waiting, whichever works best for you. If we can't fulfill your pre-order at all, we'll cancel it and refund you in full automatically.

Once your order ships

Once a pre-order ships, it can no longer be cancelled. After it's delivered, it's covered by our 7-day return policy, just like any other order. You have 7 days after delivery to request a return, and exchanges are always free. Items marked Final Sale, including all earrings, can't be returned or exchanged.
